BuilderMall有權自行決定終止任何帳戶。在此情況下, 我們會發電郵通知你有關帳戶終止的事宜。

3. 知識產權

所有訂購貨品受倉庫供應情況和訂購價格之確認狀況影響。購物車中的貨品不設預留, 而且有可能被其他客戶購買。

本網站僅作個人用途。客戶不可以購買本網站的貨品作轉售或開發業務用途。

7. 價格

我們接受客戶以Visa、MasterCard和Paypal付款。

如使用以上信用卡/ 轉帳卡及網上付款方法, 即表示你確認你為該信用卡/轉帳卡或PayPal帳戶的持有人, 或獲得持有人授權使用。如果你的信用卡/轉帳卡發行機構拒絕授權向BuilderMall支付款項, 我們將對於為任何延遲或停止送貨的情況概不負責。

我們的交易過程符合支付卡產業設定的嚴格國際安全標準,令你體驗既安全又有保障的購物過程。如果你已在本網站註冊帳戶並決定於本公司儲存信用卡資料, 你的資料將被完全加密, 只用於處理你要進行的交易, 並安全地保存在我們的系統。在我們沒有出現疏忽的情況下, 如果任何第三方未經授權獲得你在使用我們服務時所提供的資料, 我們對你可能遭受的任何損失概不負責。

9. 接受訂單

當你輸入個人資料、付款資料並提交訂單, 我們將向你發出電郵以確認收到訂單。該電郵僅確認收到訂單, 並不代表接受訂單。我們向你發出電郵確認貨品已經寄出時, 即表示你的訂單已獲接受, 而你與BuilderMall的合約亦已完成。只有在寄出貨品時發出的確認電郵中列出的貨品包括於合約中。因此, 所有的銷售合約以英文在香港特別行政區訂立。

BuilderMall保留權利因任何原因自行決定不接受訂貨。原因包括但不限於以下其一:

a) 你所訂購的貨品缺貨, 或因為未能達到我們的品質標準或因為其中一項或全部訂購貨品適用於送貨限制而被撤回。
b) 我們發現價格或產品描述有誤
c) 我們未能獲得付款授權
d)你不符合服務條款載列的購買資格

如果你的訂單有任何問題, 我們的客戶服務團隊會盡快聯絡你。

10. 送貨和取貨

當你在網上落下訂單時, 你會收到一個預期送貨時間的提示。BuilderMall團隊會盡力於預計時間內完成送貨, 但不能保證一定能於預計時間內把貨品送到你手上。

BuilderMall為每個訂單於運送過程中投保, 直至貨品送到給你或被提取。提取貨品時, 你需要簽署收取產品確認。簽署後, 你開始為貨品承擔責任。如果收貨人或提取人不是原來購買者, 或者交付的是禮物, 即表示你接受上述人士的簽署確認為送貨證據並表示BuilderMall已完成你的訂單, 同時接受相關的責任轉移。

11. 退貨

BuilderMall希望為你提供最佳的網上購物體驗, 因此設有免費、不問原因的退貨政策。如果因為任何原因未能對貨品百分百滿意, 你可以退還貨品並獲得全額退款。

a) 客戶可以在訂購後7天內退還貨品。
b) 退還的貨品必須維持原狀: 即未經使用, 放於沒受損壞原裝品牌包裝盒及包裝袋。

如果希望退還貨品, 請填妥送貨時收到的退貨表格, 連同附有原本包裝的貨品寄回我們的地址。如果你沒有保留購買表格, 請致電我們的客戶服務團隊, 我們會以電郵方式補發給你。

請注意, 退貨時不設退還運費。

12. 你的權利

本服務條款無意影響你根據香港特別行政區法律所享有的權利。

13. 責任

產品售賣於本網站的供應商、公司或第三方及其關聯人士向任何媒體所表達的觀點純屬其個人意見。BuilderMall對任何此等觀點概不負責, 而此等觀點不一定反映本公司的觀點。

如果你違反服務條款而我們沒有對你的行為採取任何行動, 並不代表本公司放棄在其他違反服務條款的情況下行使我們的權利和解決措施。

15. 投訴

我們設有投訴處理程序, 如有爭議出現時可即時解決。如對訂單有相關的投訴或意見, 請聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊。

16. 适用法律和司法管辖权

本服务条款及所有政策及程序均受香港特别行政区法律管辖及解释。香港特别行政区的有关法院在发生任何与这些条款有关的争议或索赔时,将享有专属管辖权。

This section (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.buildermall.com (our site) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions or do not wish to accept them, please contact our Customer Services Department at info@buildermall.com.hk or 2762 7333 Information about us. www.buildermall.com is operated by BuilderMall Company Limited (we).

How the contract is formed between you and us

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

Age requirement for specific goods

Due to the nature of some of the products we sell such as knives, solvents etc, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18.

Liability

If you do not receive our Dispatch Confirmation e-mail on your order placed by you within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us via email at info@buildermall.com.hk of the problem within 14 days of your order date.
Once you have notified us of a problem of this nature. Our obligation to you will be at our discretion:
a: To make good any shortage and or non-delivery.
b: To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
c: To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

All terms, conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by statute, applicable local law or otherwise in relation to the goods you order are excluded. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
BuilderMall Company Limited will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of any problem you notify to BuilderMall Company Limited under this condition. BuilderMall Company Limited shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.
BuilderMall Company Limited endeavors to provide accurate information at all times. However BuilderMall Company Limited accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, technical inaccuracies or typographical errors published within our web site, emails, catalogues, advertisement and via any other means.
BuilderMall Company Limited reserves the right to change pricing or specification without any prior notification.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. A Force Majeure Event includes (without limitation) the following: Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Payment

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. You have the option to include or exclude VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out on our terms below.
VAT stands for Value Added Tax, which is charged on most goods and services within the Countries required VAT. The current VAT rate we stands at 20%. BuilderMall Company Limited is required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the Countries required VAT subject to the terms below. Orders sent to addresses anywhere else in the world will not be subject to VAT but they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges. For customers with a delivery address within the Countries required VAT, VAT charges for your order will be itemized on your invoice.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Payment for all Products must be by Credit card, Paypal, Wechat, Direct debit to our account or Bank Transfer.

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us on the relevant product page on our website but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this.
If an item is out of stock you will be given the option to retain the goods on back order, an alternative product or to be refunded the price paid within 30 days.

Returns policy

If you change your mind

If you decide you no longer want the product ordered, you are entitled to return it, provided that you inform us within 7 the days following the date of delivery. If you are returning a product to us, you are responsible for the safe delivery of that product until received by us. We therefore recommend using a tracked, insured delivery method. We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Damaged in transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us as soon as you discover the damage, and within 48 hours at the very latest. No claims can be entertained after this period. Please sign the carrier’s delivery note upon receiving the goods.
We advise that items should be returned with their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse you for reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. We advise that items should be returned with their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse you for reasonable return carriage costs. We will have the returned items inspected, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage, and the items will not be re-sent until we have received payment equal to the initial carriage cost.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

All products are covered by manufactures guarantees, unless otherwise stated, therefore if any of your purchases develop a fault, then provided your item is within its warranty period, contact us on www.buildermall.com with full details of item, when you purchased it and we will advise on the quickest course of action. This may be a technical phone call, site visit from the manufacture or your item may need to be returned to the manufacture.
